What to write about
A figure that looks wrong, a page that does not load, a question about how something is measured, a request under data protection law, or anything else about the site itself. Mail is read in Turkish and English.
Requests about personal data are answered within thirty days, as the privacy notice sets out.
What cannot be answered
Questions about what to buy or sell, what a coin will do, or what someone should do with their own money. The site publishes measurements and no more, and the company is not authorised to give investment advice — see the disclaimer. Such mail goes unanswered rather than being answered badly.
