What the site is

A record of measurements taken from public crypto market data, published as they were measured. It is not investment advice and not a recommendation; the disclaimer sets that out in full and forms part of these terms.

What it costs

The site is free to read, and every page published today is open to everyone. Paid services may be offered later — alerts sent as an event is recorded, or an interface for programs. If they are, they will have their own terms and their price will be stated before anything is bought; nothing published free today is taken behind a paywall retroactively.

Use

Reading the site, and quoting figures from it with attribution and a link, is welcome. What is not permitted: presenting the site's figures as someone else's own work, copying the event log systematically or redistributing it as a dataset or a feed without written permission, automated requests heavy enough to affect the service for others, and any attempt to break into, disrupt or circumvent the systems behind it.

The site's texts, design, marks and the way its measurements are presented belong to the company. The underlying market data belongs to the exchanges it came from.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. There is no promise that it will be available, that it will be free of error, or that a figure on it is accurate, current or complete. Data comes from third parties and can be delayed, revised or wrong, and a page may be measured from an incomplete record.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, or from its unavailability. Decisions taken after reading it belong to the reader alone.

Changes

These terms may change; the version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies. Pages, event types and measurements may be added, changed or withdrawn without notice.

Law

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of the place where the company has its registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute.
